Dell Cloud Manager Support Portal
You can use this portal to submit any issues you encounter in the use of Dell Cloud Manager. In addition, this portal contains forums through which you can interact with other Dell Cloud Manager customers who may be trying to accomplish similar goals or who may have already solved cloud deployment issues that you are encountering.

On-premises customers are now supported through the Dell Software Support Portal at http://support.software.dell.com/.
Dell Cloud Manager System Status Portal
Also available is the Dell Cloud Manager System Status Portal which is the best place to keep up-to-date with any potential cloud outages. If the issue is not showing up from the System Status Portal, you can issue a trouble ticket in this new system straight from the System Status Portal.
