You can use this portal to submit any issues you encounter in the use of Enstratius. In addition, this portal contains forums through which you can interact with other Enstratius customers who may be trying to accomplish similar goals or who may have already solved cloud deployment issues that you are encountering.

Enstratius System Status Portal
Also available is the Enstratius System Status Portal which is the best place to keep up-to-date with any potential cloud outages. If the issue is not showing up from the System Status Portal, you can issue a trouble ticket in this new system straight from the System Status Portal.
