Cloud System Administrator
We are looking for talented and versatile Cloud System Administrators to join us in expanding the security, reliability and “confidence in the cloud” for our clients. As a member of our development team, you will have the following key responsibilities and possess the following attributes:
- Remote Windows and Linux server administration
- Deployment of applications into the Enstratius secure environments
- Development of shell scripts (both Unix and Windows)
- Cluster management
- Proper server restart in a clustered environment
- Experience with Microsoft PowerShell
- Scripting using Python, Bash, Ruby, Perl, etc.
- Excellent customer service skills, highly responsive to customer requests
- Familiarity with windows server IIS/SQL server and .NET frameworks
- At least 2 years working experience as a systems administrator
- Some Microsoft experience maintaining java app servers and MySQL

Groovy/Grails Developer
We are looking for developers with various levels of experience who excel at building great applications. Our ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of development languages, either leaning toward grails or other UI components, or the Java back-end.
Desired skills & qualifications:
- In-depth experience with Groovy, or transferrable skills
- Experience with several of the following: Grails, Java, J2EE, Spring, HTML5, CSS3, SAAS, Compass, JQuery

Java Developer
We wear a lot of hats here, and this role is no exception. In addition to what you would expect (developing Java code to contribute to our platform) you will be learning how to be an expert in cloud architecture, learning DevOps concepts (Chef/Puppet/etc.) and contributing to a variety of open source projects.
- Maintain, update, and extend core software using Java/J2EE and Grails
- Work with clients and other developers to design, code, test, document, and debug web based applications
- Support and maintain existing applications
- Perform database optimization, normalization, and administration (primarily MySQL and SQL Server)
- Set up and maintain web services and environments on UNIX based platforms

Quality Assurance
In terms of qualifications, we are looking for developers with relevant experience and the right attitude rather than a particular skill set or degree qualification. Our ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities and skills:
- Work with clients, partners and other developers to test, document, and help debug web based applications
- Perform browser compatibility, systems integration, regression, and end-user testing
- Manage support tickets, bugs, features, and enhancement requests within our online ticketing system
- Document requirements, test cases, and risk mitigation plans
- Maintain an accurate test matrix showing the completeness of system testing
- Participate in scoping features and bug fixes for monthly releases
- Partner with local and remote developers to resolve issues
- Train and mentor new QA hires

Sales Engineer
The Sales Engineer will be instrumental to the market adoption of Enstratius. You will work with our sales, engineering, product management, and marketing teams, as well as our channel partners, to ensure the success of our sales efforts by helping qualify opportunities and educate clients on the benefits of the Enstratius solution. Primary responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales technical support via telephone, e-mail, webinars and in person to prospective customers and partners
- Present and demonstrate the capabilities of the Enstratius product
- Work with customers to determine deployment and integration plans
- Communicate customer technical requirements to the Services & Enablement group for installation
- Support proposal development for customers
- Develop and participate in webinars for Enstratius
- Represent Enstratius at trade shows and other customer events
- Provide customer feedback to the Product Management team

Strategic Account Manager – West
Enstratius is growing rapidly and is seeking a Strategic Account Manager for the Western US to drive new business and help meet the sales goals for the company.
This hire will report to the sales leadership and be responsible for the following:
- Achieving/exceeding quarterly sales goals through the direct sale of Enstratius to enterprises in the Western US Region
- Identifying and qualifying high-value sales opportunities in Fortune 1000 companies through aggressive cold-call prospecting, networking and lead follow up
- Effectively presenting Enstratius’ value proposition at various levels within an organization (business, technical, executive)
- Negotiate with prospects on a variety of business, financial, and delivery-related issues
- Maintain accurate and timely forecasts of sales opportunities for the current and next quarter, and up to date records of sales activity by opportunity in Salesforce.com
- Effectively utilize all available company resources, as necessary, in support of driving qualified sales opportunities to closure
- Travel may be required depending on mix of opportunities in region
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience selling enterprise software or IT solutions.
- A proven track record of over-performance relative to assigned goals and company peers, as well as a history of progressive sales achievement
- Extremely strong drive and self-motivation to over achieve goals
- Proficient in prospecting, qualifying, developing, managing and closing business with complex sales cycles
- Demonstrated ability to gain access to and develop trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives

Inside Sales Representative – Minneapolis preferred
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to initiate and nurture mutually productive dialogues with mid/senior level business and technology executives to stimulate interest in Enstratius cloud infrastructure management solutions and to drive achievement of pipeline and lead conversion goals.
You will report to the Inside Sales Manager and be assigned to initiate conversations with prospects, stimulate interest, and schedule meetings with qualified prospects for Sales - primarily through phone outreach, web meetings, and email communications. This full-time position is compensated with a base salary plus additional incentives for qualified leads resulting in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify incoming leads generated via Marketing Programs according to target market fit and sales readiness.
- Execute customer centric outbound prospecting approach to navigate corporate structure, identify decision makers and sponsors, uncover critical business issues, and stimulate interest by appropriately communicating Enstratius’ value proposition
- Ensure smooth delivery of qualified opportunities to Sales Team.
- Achieve lead generation goals and activity metrics set by Management
- Aid with administrative and CRM tasks
Required Skills and Experience:
- 1 or more years solution selling experience
- Record of success stimulating interest and qualifying leads in enterprise software or consulting services environment

Marketing Manager
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to manage and track various programs to help meet the sales goals for the company.
This hire will support the VP of Sales and Marketing with the following responsibilities:
- Manage programs that create demand and move opportunities rapidly through the sales cycle to meet revenue goals. Programs include email, direct mail, web marketing, events, social networking, telemarketing etc.
- Project manage all demand generation programs including budgets, timelines, and vendors.
- Support Event Marketing Manager for various conferences, trade shows and online events.
- Manage SEO and SEM programs.
- Support the PR, Analyst, and Social Networking programs.
- Work with Graphic Designer to manage the Enstratius brand and to create marketing materials.
- Work with inside Sales Manager to track results of campaigns.
Experience:
- 5-7+ yrs of Marketing experience at a Technology Services or Software Vendor. Enterprise, B2B software marketing experience strongly preferred.
- Experience working in Hosting or SaaS services a major plus.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful lead generation and customer expansion campaigns via direct marketing vehicles including: direct mail, e-mail, presentations, whitepapers, case studies, advertising and webinars/seminars.
- Strong project management skills for both internal and external partner projects.
- Proven experience with PR and social networking.
- Prior experience working in a smaller entrepreneurial environment, balancing both strategic and tactical responsibilities.
